Richard Mamba is the President of the Institute of Waste Management of Eswatini (IWMEswatini). As a multi-disciplinary non-profit association, IWMEswatini is dedicated to supporting professional waste management practices and promoting sustainable best practices in the waste and secondary sectors. As a chapter of the Institute of Waste Management of Southern Africa (IWMSA), IWMEswatini aims to empower the waste management community in Eswatini through networking, access to the latest advances in technology and legislation, and preferential rates in training courses, workshops, and conferences. Under Richard Mamba's leadership, IWMEswatini strives to protect the environment and people of Eswatini from the adverse effects of poor waste management by supporting environmentally acceptable, cost-effective, and appropriate waste management practices.
